SERVICE FEE WAS ADDITIONAL EVEN WITH TOTAL TECH

A Deductible to use what you bought
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a fee to be able to use the Warranty that you already paid for. Just like any insurance, it's basically a "deductible." Personally I think it's a shame that it has to be that way, but it is what it is. I don't like to have to pay to use what I've already paid for, make no sense to be, but that's how they make money. So, beware of that
