I purchased this movie to show case my system. 130in. Screen HDProjector on my 7.1 Parasound Preprocessor. 3 15inch subwoofers. Lots of bass notes and detail. A MUST TO TRY OUT if you have a home theater setup.

Yeah this movie has a pretty good cast and overall good special effect and such but honestly without knowing the backstory your kind of lost watching it and it never really makes sense even by the time the credits roll.. I would pass for now..

kinetic fun movie that shouldn't be taken seriously in the slightest - but the effects and creativity with the monsters and plot are a blast - too bad Universal did not release the 3D version to bluray - now that would have been ideal.

Great movie... Classic fantasy action adventure... Went under the radar, but worth seeking out if you are a fan of this genre... Blu ray quality is great... system demo disc for sure... and great price

Considering the cast, expected a little more and glad I didn't waste money at the theatre...all in all a fair film but one I would suggest renting before purchasing...not a total waste but will be in the bargain bin sooner than later.

This was a good flick for younger folks as well as older. Not a great deal of foul or obtrusive language & the sequences were put together well. The story line, taken from folklore, stayed true to form & delivered a enjoyable movie

The Seventh Son was a good fantasy film, just not up there with the likes of Lord of the Rings or the Hobbitt. May not be the best fantasy film out there, but it will entertain you for the duration of the movie.

CGI was great, but story line was a little week and the actor who played his apprentice just seem to go with the flow. Jeff Bridges did well in this role. His look is similar to his movie RIPD. It was entertaining to say the least.

From the beginning this movie held my attention. Great special effects. Great Acting and full of drama and suspense. I will watch this again from time to time...this one is a repeater.

The movie had a solid cast good story line and a great plot! I like the action and the flow between cast members. This movie can be watch multiple times and still hold the rating!

I was kind of disappointed with the movie. I thought it was going to be better than it was. What annoyed me the most was the voice acting of Jeff Bridges. You could hardly understand what he was saying, just terrible.

I liked all the actors to start with, but even with that bias I think they all blended well and made it happen for this movie! Not your typical ending but that's always a good thing!

I liked the Seventh Son movie and particularly like the fact that it had a digital copy. The only issue I have with the digital copy is that it has an expiration date.

Seventh Son is pretty good movie. All movies should have the digital copy just like this one. Being able to see the movies without inserting the dvd is great.

This movie was about average. I think it would have been better as a mini series. There seemed to be a well thought out world, but not enough time to explore it. Save your money and don't buy it.

I've been waiting for the seventh son to come out on Blu ray for a few months now got it the first day it came out was everything I thought was going to be and more

The movie was entertaining. If it wasn't for Jeff Bridges, the movie would have sucked. The cgi in it was lack luster. The story line was okay. The acting was mediocre at best other then bridges.

Looks like a very good show. The creators were wonderful. The plot was neatly done. Lots of action. Keeps you wondering what going to be next. Not a disappointing

I like the special effects thought the storyline was overrated didn't care too much for Jeff Bridges acting on the movie looks like he was trying too hardlet's be real the movie was not that good
