    Not fond of the instructions at the start. Guess I expected more. Trying to save money can come back to bite. You get on controller and that has all the options to select. However what about on the unit? Instructions does not make that clear. What about replacement parts? I know it will need a replacement filter at some point. Instructions does not seem to make that very clear in my opinion. If you like playing hide and go seek this might be the item for you. Product works alright for now, but could use more to fell I spent my money right. Would Recommend if needed to get you by, but would not up front talk about the item.

    Great product, works great for pet sender from my dogs and I’ve already noticed a difference. My only suggestion would be the ability to switch to just air purify from the remote. There is a physical knob that needs to be flipped to switch from fan/heat mode to air purify which can sometimes be annoying. Other than that, highly recommend this product.

    This things been amazing so far. We purchased it because our Dyson put off "cold" air when it was working and living in an RV, we wanted to keep the room warmer in the winter. This unit fits the bill perfect with heating and cooling ability. We've been pleasantly surprised at how warm it keeps the area.

    I was skeptical about this product due to no grounding prong I have been using it for the past two weeks and it has been a delight. The basement which gets freezing can get all the way up to 70° comfortably when other heaters couldnt. The cable does tend to be on the warm side but way less than the other one I had. This product would be a steal if it goes back down to the price which I bought it for ($149.99).
