    I had other shark air purifiers. This one is Okay at best. Definitely not as effective as other Shark purifiers. I only moved to this one because i couldnt find filters for my older model.

    Compared to the Dyson equivalent is ok at best. Yes its a lot cheaper, but its louder, replacement filters are just as expensive and its kind if an eye sore in comparison. I can’t control it from my phone, so any adjustments i make I have to get up and go get the remote to make them. Needing to manually switch the fan from heat to purify using a plastic switch on the unit is mind boggling to me. Then again it was half the price of the Dyson , but for 300-ish bucks I expected more from Shark. I do like the large read out on the LCD screen and it heats a 12x13 room very well.

    The heating is fast, but there's really only one heat setting -- high. The rest are target temperatures to auto shut off. It will eventually turn on the fan speed to the lowest when heating is needed, which is fairly loud, but the quietest of the 6 fan speeds. I would have preferred at least a couple slower and quieter speeds, or a quieter fan. The rotation/oscillator that turns the unit side to side automatically is also very noticeably noisy on the track its on when the heat is on but the fan is not blowing (the unit's state when heat has reached the set temperature). Its easier to hear because the lowest fan speed is very loud as is, but but really, for the price you're paying, no unit should make low rumble noise when it turns. Ive seen $20 fans that were whisper quiet when rotation is turned on from 40 years ago. There's no excuse here. You cant turn the heat on and turn off the fan as it automatically sets fan speed to #1, the lowest, when on. The fan itself works well but is very loud even at the lowest settings. Yes, it smells gross when first used but i can get past that. Very disappointed that they can get some of the most simple things so wrong. A $50 space heater and a $15 fan could do better and quieter. Hell, my levoit tower fan with hepa filter plus a space heater blowing on the coils is still a better value than this 3 in 1. Did someone actually test this design? Id expect more from premium brand Shark. Next time ill just go with Dyson or some $50 tower fan heater thats basically this Shark 3 in 1 for 3-4x the lower cost and value

    It is ok it is nice to have all in one. It tilts and moves but sometimes hard to control the buttons. When I have it set to a certain temperature it goes down. I guess I was hoping more power than what it has. Keeps room warm but only for so long.
