SAVR YOUR MONEY! We recently purchased this AP / heater! It does not work as depicted. Heater only heats to 67% on high. dust collects on rim and edges.! If it worked those dust particles woul be sucked in the ity bity holes and end up on filter. The fan blows to # 6 only. This machine is horribley noisey! This isn't even close to what it's advertized to be. See photo. Is this where the dust should be? This is where the clean air is suppose to come out !The filter shows to be clean!

Great fan and heater for a small room. The fan does have a plastic smell with the heat on initially but does go away overtime.

This is an excellent purifier. Its one of those things most people dont think they need until they use it. In the box you get the Shark air purifier, a Nanoseal filter, and the remote. The device itself is pretty hefty and solid. It looks great and fits in easily around other electronics and devices. And people almost always ask what it is. The initial set up is as simple as installing the filter, turning it on and selecting one of the 3 modes. Purified fan which blows purified air out the front. Purified heat will blow heated purified heat out the front. And purified air gets diffused out the back. This mode boosts the cleaning. You also can adjust the fan speed and temps. I ended up just keeping it on auto mode which will adjust as needed. Its pretty quiet in the lower speed fan modes, but in high you can hear it. But its by no means loud. And Ive been running a regular fan all day anyway so this took no time to get used to. One of my favorite features is that it will collect pet dander. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so this is great. And of course with us that have allergies the purifier is a life saver. No more worrying about allergy season and needing allergy meds. Just keep the Shark running and forget about all that. This alone makes it worth it. Maintenance is very easy as well. Just keep the device and the filter clean after opening then vacuuming it all out. Takes a few minutes and will keep it working correctly, so well worth the time. And its all controllable via a very nice remote. And since its magnetic just click in onto the purifier so you wont lose it. It takes a single CR2025 battery. The front display is minimalistic but gives you all the information you need such as air quality and current temperature. I prefer this clean look over a cluttered display that shows things you really dont need. Overall I really love this purifier. Its made life easier not having to worry about allergies and our pets dander. And anything that makes life easier is worth it.

Experienced an odor like cigarette smoke. Noticed the odor was no longer detectable in one day.

I really this shark for the purpose of keeping a room at a set temperature while the rest of the house can run as normal. But i wish the cord was longer and it had a remote to control it.

The unit would exhaust hot air all the time. Rey noisy and did not clean the air in a small bedroom.

Sensitive to poor air quality and cleans super efficiently. Heating is a huge boost

Though we bought it thinking it did more it has been a good buy. My partner has breathing problems and we've noticed the fan has helped with the poor air quality we've had.

I would give 6 stars! This is a terrific Air purifier. Has a nice solid weight and build. The round wireless remote sits nicely in the top and stays put magnetically. It will operate all settings with line of site. (Has to see the purifier unit to work) You can also customize the display with the remote. 3 functions allow for purified fan only, Enhanced purified air and Purified heat. Yes, you heard correctly. This unit puts out a good amount of heat. There is approximately a 25 second delay when switching from air to heat due to heating element warming up before dispersing the warm air. You can change air direction to come out front or back of unit depending on the type of air you want. There is an adjustable vent in front to direct air flow up or down. The front display shows present air quality, room temperature and preferred/set temperature along with other customizable readings. The panel light has 3 settings-Bright-50%-No Light. Select auto to have the purifier decide on what settings are needed to purify air. I found the lowest fan setting is Wisper quiet. The fan overall has a very solid smooth sound so even on higher speeds does not bother me at all. 3 different PM readouts indicates types of impurities that it is filtering. This purifier is feature rich and flexible which also includes oscillation mode to help circulate the air.

I smoke cigars in the garage. Brfore the smoke would go inside the laundry toom now this awesome machine stops that from happening

Hazardous chemicals. The smell is excruciating. Is counterintuitive when you're putting chemicals in the air that I hazardous and you're trying to clean the air. I purchased for the heat and hazardous chemicals with heat is dangerous. The sound is pretty loud it's clunky and big for the amount of air that actually comes out of the product the remote is weird. What is the point of the remote if you can't change it from the cold to heat setting from it? I love the squared Shark air purifier. I just wish it had the heat setting.

It is a nice product with a good design. There are two problem with it 1. When heat goes on , sometime it releases the cold air 2. Filter is too expensive.

Great performance so far, Would be even better if equipped with wheels and handle for easy movement to different locations.
