    I would've given it 5 stars but this is my 3rd one. It seems like this is a company defect where our makes a noise when rotating. The 1st one so working after about 24hrs I replaced it and I still have the noise, something you can't get away from unless you don't have it rotating. Other than that it does what it suppose to do.

    This thing is huge! It has to be at least 3 feet from any wall! Well our place is not small and it just takes up a lot of room It does its job, it warms the room. But it is just too big we had to take it back.

    The Shark 3-in-1 works great as a fan and an air purifier, but isn't as powerful as the Dyson heaters that I have used in other rooms. It still gets the job done over time, but the heat doesn't feel powerful immediately. This thing is also power hungry and is often tripping

    I have 2 other models of shall purifiers and like these on the high end. The others are so much better. This one was a disappointment remote is nice but there should be another way to access in case the remote is lost. Doesn't do much about controlling odor like my other shark. It's also really big. I wasn't expecting it to be so big.

    Does a pretty good job at keeping this 3 dog 1 cat household smelling decent. I have not used the heat function. If comparing this to the HE602 model, this is a close second.

    My unit doesn't function properly. The air purifier works well, but the heater doesn't. When I set the temperature to 77 and increased the fan (as recommended) it stayed on 56. I kept it on for 3 hours and the temperature never changed. Initially the highest temperature it would reach was 67 but now it doesn't move past 56. I regret purchasing this.
