If you're looking for a monster purifier, look no further. Its auto feature is super quiet and efficient. If you have ever burned popcorn, then you know the smell...with the Shark I didn't smell a thing!

Pretty good air purifier and hot air fan as well! Simple setup and great usability! Only complain I have is the remote has to be close to the front of the machine in order to work properly, so a little redundant in that sense.

Mine stopped working for no reason 4 days after purchase. Seems to be some sort of power failure but it is what it is. Things a good behemoth of a machine when it works considering I HATE dust... Getting a replacement the next day as of writing.

There are plenty of brands to choose from when it comes to air purifiers but being an avid lover of Shark products, I knew this would be the one for me. We wanted to add a fan to but also update our air purifier in the kitchen. Not only did I get both, but a heater thrown in as well. I will say it actually does do all very well, too. I love that it purifies the air no matter the mode you're in. The actual "purified air" mode offers the most optimal cleaning but it frees up the spot we had for our fan in the summer and will offer warmth in the colder months, helping our HVAC. This makes it super useful year round. The fact it has a setting to match the heat to the temperature in the room is quite a step above, too. All this and it's still a considerably compact size. The most helpful feature is its "auto" mode. My wife was cooking with oil and it was interesting how the air quality was instantly effected throughout the process. We first had it on the fan mode, so we changed it to "Auto" and watched as it automatically raised the speed to counteract the oil in the air. The percentage was changing with respect to how strong/weak the smell was, as well as, during moments like when she was flipping the food and the oil flared up. We open our back door and it actually detects the air from outside causing the quality to drop. Usually the house smells like oil for the next day (even with the former purifier) but with this we didn't have to deal with the smell at all after cooking as the air was clean soon after. Once it reached 100% it automatically dropped the lowest speed. I love how hands off this mode is. While it always shows the percentage of the overall air quality, I like that you can get a semi-detailed breakdown by cycling the info button. It tracks 3 particle matter groups (PM 1, PM 2.5, PM 10) and gives the percentage level detected for each one. You can use these readings to help pinpoint your air quality issues and address them. Overall the noise level for the machine is pretty low. The highest settings are very respectable and the lowest are so whisper quiet, it's hard to tell if it's even on. The fan is the loudest of course but the heater is very quiet even on the highest setting. While it seems like it's only blowing lightly, it projects a pretty strong, consistent heat. It has a few other nice touches. The vent has a damper to direct the flow vertically. The machine is controlled by a detachable remote that also magnetically secures and sits flush in a nest on top of the machine. The info button provides some other helpful information like how much longer the filter has left, I just hope not needing to change it for 6-12 months is accurate. The only major thing that bothers me is there are no handles or gripping points for picking up and carrying the machine. It's not terribly heavy but it's not light either. I'm very surprised there isn't at least a cutout or something somewhere to get your fingers into. The plastic housing is smooth and a tad slippery, so it does increase the risk of dropping and damaging the unit. A minor issue I also have was it doesn't oscillate as much as I would like. It only covers a 45 degree span. PROS - Automated purification mode - Air purifies in all modes - Accurately monitors air quality/temperature - Low noise levels CONS - Auto mode works in "Purified Air" mode only - Oscillating covers only a small angle

Works great. My cons is the remote and fan noise. I was very close to the purifier in a medium sized livingroom. The remote took longer than expected to adjust the temperature, even further away. On low fan, the fan noise was still too loud.

This was a lifesaver!!! It is efficient and right on time with below freezing weather in the Las Vegas Valley. It’s great square footage range makes the open floor plan rooms so comfy!
