    too large, impractical way too complicated or faulty Best buy would not pick up for return and though I was willing to pay a fee. Having to return item to store defeats the purpose of online. It is counterproductive since Iwas not able to return soon enough - item sets packaged up in my store. Probably will never purchase from Best Buy and will be likely to discourage others from doing so

    It butnt up and died on first use. I would have returned forvan exchange but scary to have a brand new heater burn up and start melting inside right out the box brand new. Maybe shark is not the best brand for heaters. Obviously in my situation it was not.

    It always says my house is at 100% and I have a handful of pets so I find that hard to believe. I have not noticed any difference at all in the air at my house. I am quite disappointed in it.
