We bought this Shark air purifier for the purpose of assisting in getting some of the dust out of our air. But with the weird, hot then cold, weather we have been experiencing, it has been an excellent fan and heater! The size is about as large as a large garbage can and about as round. The setup was simple as there is no internet or wifi connections. the controls are on the top, with only the power switch physically on the Shark. Everything else is on the "puck" type remote that is held in place magnetically. All other controls are on that remote; air speed, temp, oscillation, and timer. There is also an automatic switch for the air purifier that samples the air to determine the fan speed. There is also a physical knob that switches between the fan/heater/air purifier modes. The Shark is always cleaning the air but the knob puts it in the "Purifier Only" mode that can be selected with the auto switch on the remote. Upon initial use, there was a strong, plastic type smell. The smell, thankfully, has dissipated over time. The main issue we have found is that the fan speed when using the heater is MUCH lower than with the fan. Other than that, we are very satisfied with the Shark Purifier!

We are quite happy with this air purifier. It is in our bedroom. Our prior air purifier was quite noisy. This one does not make a sound. We have noticed we have less dust & cat hair on the bedroom furniture resulting in less stuffy noses in the morning. We like the option to turn off the light on the air purifier when we go to bed. And you can check the screen to see filter status.

WE GOT THIS AT THE PEAK OF TREE POLLEN TIME AND IT WORKED GREAT. I RUN IT ON HIGH UNTIL THE AIR IS CLEAN AND THEN SET IT TO AUTO. I HAVE ALMOST STOPPED SNEEZING ALTOGETHER AND MY EYES ARE NOT ITCHY ANYMORE.THINKING ABOUT GETTING ANOTHER ONE FOR THE BEDROOM.

Perfect size for my room, very quiet and efective work

This air purifier is awesome! I purchased this air purifier to use in my master bedroom (approx. 350 sq. ft) and it is performing very well. I have noticed a signifanct difference in the air quality of the room (i.e no more visible dust). I also love that the air purifier automatically adjusts the speed of the fan to account for changes in the air quality. I would definitely consider buying this product again!

Lightweight but powerful. Does exactly what is advertized. I like to keep it on Eco mode most of the time. On cleaning days, i like to blast it at full power and watch the little particles get sucked in as i dust my room. Great product overall

Great for good air quality. It is really quiet and I can sleep with it on.

I plan to buy this product again for another room. By far the best purifier I've owned. We have had it since July and haven't had to replace the filter yet. Only downfall would be the cost of filters for the shark purifiers for replacement. Overall this is perfect for a small house with 2 kittens

Love this air purifier! Been using it for 6 months now- no complaints! Just don’t forget to unpack the filter out of the plastic bag.

There is a little lag on the auto function, but it seems to be pretty sensitive. It's also pretty quiet.

Nice compact design. Helpful indicators to air quality — although may register as 100% if no dust is blowing around. Not a desk fan (if someone is looking for that built into the filter).
