love it, works great. fits in small areas, is less noisy than a dyson, could use bigger crevice tool but will sweep up pebbles.

Friends and family turned me to the Shark and I would recommend this to anyone. Great sucking power and not overly noisey.

I love the line of Shark vacuum cleaners. I not only have onr for my home, but also for many of the homes I clean. It is light and powerful.

Do not underestimate this vacuum. Great suction for the price point and lightweight too. Only wish it was a swivel head

This machine is awesome. We looked at several manufacturers and were talked into getting the Shark by our salesperson. We have all hardwood floors throughout the house and have not issues with picking up dirt, animal hair.

I used to sell Kirby vacuums and this Shark is comparable in its suction power....and for $2,000 less. I've been very impressed with it. I wish there was a place to hang the pet brush from when it's not being used though.

I am very pleased with this vacuum. It is lightweight and easy to carry upstairs. It works great getting up dog hair.

Light weight with good vacuum and it does what I want a vacuum to do without dealing a lot of gimmickie featurers.

Cleans upholstery and carpeting very well, bare floors less impressive. Ease of emptying is definitely appreciated.

We recently bought a new sectional sofa and had concerns about keeping it free of dog hair. This vac has a powerful spinning brush attachment that makes quick work of any hair shed onto the couch. The upright mode is powerful. The canister is easy to empty and with no mess. This is the best vacuum we have ever purchased. Does not do much for tile floors but it's not really intended to anyway. This is a very high value.

i like the pet hair remover tool which does a wonderful job on my carpet floors and stairs. The only negative would be that it does not detach from the body of machine and therefore heavy and sometime awkward to get at jobs -going up stairs and reaching areas of tall heights.

I like the way the vacuum suctions the dirt. The problem is that the area of the suctioning head is too small and it takes a long time to vacuum a large room.

Excellent bagless upright vacuum. Lots of power. Made the carpet look new again. Really picks up everything!

The vacuum cleaner is great. It does not lose suction and picked up stuff I didn't even know was in my carpet. I love the onboard attachments and the turbo brush cleaned my sofa great. It is advertised as a "self propelled" vacuum cleaner and it is not. I spoke to Shark about that and they were most vague, but did say it was not a true self propelled vacuum cleaner. The price is good and you will love it .

Shark has great suction, is light weight, maneuverable. Pretty good reach with the hose. Overall very easy to use.

I had other vacuums before, but this one is a wonderful vacuum. It has good suction and it cleans carpet very well.

Our vacuum was just not picking up the dirt like it used to so we decided to get a new vacuum. We've been wanting to get a Shark brand for awhile but didn't really want to pay that kind of money at the time. We finally decided to purchase a Shark vacuum, especially since it was on sale, and are very pleased with it. We have 2 dogs and this vacuum has picked up a good amount of their hair from our carpet compared to out old vacuum even when it was brand new.

This is the second Shark vacuum we purchased. 1st one we're very pleased with, this one too but doesn't work quite as good on non carpeted flooring. I read posts from others regarding the same thing but it works good enough! Has a pretty small cup, you have to empty it quite often, even on the first floor of the house but I have two big dogs and they track in dirt constantly! Still a great machine. Hopefully it will pick up better as I figure out how others have gotten around the problem for it not picking up as well on stained concrete floors instead of carpet.
