When I got home I used it one room and with all the hype about the no loss of suction and when it started filling up canister I almost believed it. That is until I got my 13 year old Kenmore out that I was about to throw out but I ran it across the same area the Shark just ran through and it picked up even more. That's when I decided to take it back and get a refund. Maybe I just got one that wasn't up to par like all the others that are made. To each his own but my Sister happened to pick up a Dyson DC animal from a Garage sale for 50 bucks and gave it to me because she already had one and that thing is a beast. Also the Dyson was a couple years old and picked up much much more than the Shark. I do have a Shark steam mop however and that thing is pretty good. Anyway that's what's good about Best Buy. The return policy is awesome.
