I have one of these vacuums in every one of my retail stores. I am a little Mom and Pop store but still has daily traffic. This vacuum holds up. I was buying a vacuum every year until I found the Shark brand vacuums.

There is nothing really wrong with this vacuum. It does deliver the suction you expect. I just did not like all the features and the power cord is coming out of the vacuum in a very odd spot that is difficult to work with, IMO.

I traded in a different vacuum for this one! I have three pets and it works fantastically! No problems with it! The other vacuum overheated and would get stopped up! Now I can't be happier and I can actually clean the floor

... up with this vacuum. Works great for pet owners. Has attachments for cleaning couches curtains and easy to dump when it get full. Definitely recommend it. Had it for about a year now and still works great.

For such a small vacuum it has unbelivable suction. You do sacrifice a few inches in width, compared to traditional vacuums. I bought this on sale and my wife prefers it over our other much more expensive vacuums.

We have had many brand name vacuum cleaners. None even come close to the performance of the Shark. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to get a new vacuum , or simply replace the one you have with a Shark.

good deal for a vacuum- not cheap not expensive. I have three cats and 1 dog, so far it's working great picking up all the fur. Only complaint is emptying the collector - the 'lid' gets dirty every time. The attachment for cleaning stairs works pretty good.

Wow...this thing just picks all kinds of stuff up and the canister is easy to dump out! Just make sure you do it outside because I promise you there will be more dust than you think! Especially if you have pets!

Yes it was an affordable but helped to buy by bestbuy representative. It does it work efficiently. It is not high duty but does its work.

Ideal vacuum for those that live in a condo/apartment. Gets the job done well. It would have been nice for the vacuum to have a built in light, but as long as you use it during the day you will be fine.

I enjoy using it! The sealed air functionality is so great that I dont fear my allergies hitting me! For the cost of this shark vaccum cleaner.... Its a steal!

I had my vacuum for less than a year and it start making noise so I returned it. I had a two year best buy warranty on it. I will advice everyone to pay the extra money an get warranty. Best Buy replace the vacuum with the same brand but newer one.

This is my first vacuum in close to 10 years since I have been using a shop vac for most of my cleaning and I'm so happy. It picks up everything and has no bag so much easier to dump out each time I clean.

I have never been so excited to keep my carpet clean! This vacuum exceeded my expectations, especially when it came to the pesky dog hair! I absolutely love it. It was worth every penny!

The shark is a phenomenal vacuum. This particular model is missing a few of the features of my last one, like the swivel ability and the headlights. Not a deal breaker, but I didn't realize how nice these features were, especially the swivel.

Every time my husband and I go to empty out the dust, the lid opens from the bottom and dust spills all over. We have taken to doing this outside. If I knew product was made this way I would not have bought it. Otherwise, it would be a nice vacuum.

I wanted a smaller vacuum for the downstairs because it is all tile. It is a great little mom's helper. It does what I bought it for and more! !!☺
