Just the thing for a small, complicated space. Easy to maneuver and it gets under almost everything.

Ok so this upright was recommend to me by a friend who actually owns a Dyson. Now a few of my friends own Dyson's and are very happy with them. They all rave how those uprights give their capet that brand new look to it after they vacuum. I have only had this model a few days so i'll try to be fair in what I found so far, I own 3 large dogs who are outside alot and track in dirt, mud, etc. They are not allowed into the living room so that carpet is usually clean, so this new upright did not seem to pick up a whole lot from there. The dining room where my dogs spend alot of time did have more picked up by this vacuum, but I cannot tell if it is anymore then my other shark upright which is the model made for cleaning up pet hair, and only cost me a bit over $60.00. I did not get that same "new" carpet look I was hoping for, and my carpets are less then 6 months old. The plus side of things are, it is alot cheaper then a Dyson, is is super light in weight, seems to pick up pet dander well, and works well on bare surfaces. But the things I do not like are, and I know this may seem strange no front light, which makes it hard to see under tables if there is alot of debris you may miss it. I seem to be banging into more of my furniture with it, very clumsy when trying to turn it. Small brush area it is only a 12" most now are at least 15". And to release the cleaning surface or brush you have to push down with your foot on it, no button release. So that is kind of a pain to do. Does not seem to be any better then my other Shark at pulling pet hair up Which does a great job for the cost of it. The 5 year warrenty is nice to have, but the last vacuum that I owned that did not last more then 5 years was an old Hoover that used bags. All others went the distance. Again I have not had this unit very long but im already debating on taking it back.

After reading the advertisement, I thought this vaccum was the answer for me. Not so. Yes, it has suction but on hardwood or vinyl floors it takes forever. I couldn't even complete one room without having to empty the tiny cup. I vacuum every single day, so this is ridiculous. As long as the cup was empty it had great suction. Then, even the smallest amount in the cup affected the performance dramatically. It took me four times longer to do each room. I returned this vacuum within 24 hours. I like Best Buy, they have no hassle returns.

This is a great stand up vacuum that sucks! It's almost if not as good as my Dyson!

This was a gift for my mom and she loves how light weight it is. Easy to use

I had high hopes for this vacuum, but it is not as great as expected. The bottom portion (the push part) won't snap in place so everytime I pick up the vacuum, it falls off. The attachments are weird. Why are they so thin? They could have been rounder I think. The cannister is super small and I have to empty it all the time. The vaccum is quite heavy as well. And it doesn't sit nicely when I have to use an attachment.

This vacuum works great and is inexpensive. Having two cats, it is a must to have a vacuum that can pick up all their hair. This vacuum does that and more. it also comes with an attachment specific to pets which works great on couches, stairs, etc. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone who owns a pet that sheds.

I bought this to replace my Kirby that I had for 15 years. I love this vaccum! The pet hair brush cleans like nothing I've ever seen before. I have a mix of hardwood, tile and carpet and it works great on all surfaces so far. I also have a Shark Steam Mop that works great. My floors never looked better.

It does what it was design to do. Makes my cleaning job easy.

I approve of this machine-it's the best dirt/pet hair sucker I ever used anywhere at any time.

This vacuum is easy to use and I really like that it's bag less.

Heard great reviews on this product from friends and wasn't ready to pay 2x as much for a Dyson. It actually did a great job on cleaning our carpets, however that's all that was great about it. The wheel base is so narrow that the vacuum feels like it's going to fall over constantly (and it actually did a few times while using the hose attachments). Also, to its credit, it has amazing suction power, unfortunately that power causes it to excessively pull at my couch covering. So...it's a great vacuum if that's all you're going to do with it, but if you want to use the attachments on furniture, you're SOL. Also, what's up with the silly holes in the extender wand. Overall, it just seemed very cheap for the price.

I bought this vaccum to replace my current shark. I found this Shark to be a great replacement. I'm glad it's light and not too complicated. I have 4 dogs, two kids and a husband, who require cleaning up after on a regular basis. I'm very pleased with it.

It was a very good purchase for us. Does everything the sales person said it wouold.

Has been great for my apartment life. Picks up the dog's hair really well.

The Shark has only one draw back. Its capacity is small. Might want to go up in size if you live in a mid size home or apartment.

Very good suction, but hard to push and hard to pull. I will keep it, but still sore from vacuuming
