Worth the money

Easy and Effective

I also have a shag rug and this vacuum fights me when using it. But shag rugs are difficult to keep up anyone. The feature where nothing gets caught is excellent. Especially since there are long hairs on my rug. It never gets caught in the vacuum as it cleans on its own.

Meets and exceeds expectations

Replacement to my 5-year old Shark Vacuum

Had problem 2 months before it expired -- after almost 5 years of excellent service -- and they were willing to replace the whole unit. Amazing. Still, my wife decided we were OK to buy a new model. Based on our prior experience, we shopped only for another Shark. By the way, during our original purchase, the in-store rep (when queried) said that Shark had the least customer complaints. New vacuum performing very well so far. Stronger motor.

Excellent Vacuum For Wood, Tile & Carpet Floors

great for tile floors

Lightweight yet good vacuum

Suction is really good. Have to scale back on carpet but works really well on area rugs and floors, using the spin, at full suction.
