Child lock only works if the screen has brightness

DID NOT RECEIVE/DELIVERY SERVICE IS AWFUL

The GPS tracking for said delivery service showed the driver parked for hours then I received a text at 7am the next morning that delivery was attempted....NO IT WAS NOT! I was here all day, all night and that morning, no activity on my security cams or video doorbell. The order was cancelled by Best Buy and I immediately called and reported the delivery service as incompetent and liars. I ended up ordering from AMAZON and had my item that day. Never making another purchase at Best Buy ever again.

Works until it doesn't

Shark Air Purifier

This one is only shows good results when it’s cool and the sun going down. The rest of the day is yellow to orange. I have tried it in two different rooms and it’s the same results
