I wish I could use the child lock while turning the brightness to 0%, but that is not possible with this unit. Oversight on programming.

I believe its been working it keeps a saying different air qualitys on it but i dont have an air tester so ive got no way to verify it.

This was not the best. Did not remove any smells from the home

Smart design easy set up. Yet large AZ house living room showed green? I have a shedding cat, dusty large flate floors. Auto only 3% on, always geeen. Open check, dust residue not seen. Next to Apt., three large cats small living rooom: warning light to Auto Green same thing, open 3 weeks no residue. I really wanted this to work! cover plastic was removed , scent tried in the apt., didn't help.

It started great to help with litter box odors, bad air quality outside, and overall smells. Quiet, but for some reason, it stopped working and I can't get it to work again.

If I would have received it I could have given an honest review but since Best Buy uses 3rd party delivery services my item was NEVER delivered. The GPS tracking for said delivery service showed the driver parked for hours then I received a text at 7am the next morning that delivery was attempted....NO IT WAS NOT! I was here all day, all night and that morning, no activity on my security cams or video doorbell. The order was cancelled by Best Buy and I immediately called and reported the delivery service as incompetent and liars. I ended up ordering from AMAZON and had my item that day. Never making another purchase at Best Buy ever again.

This Purifier is simply perfect for someone who just set up a HomeLab with numerous computers and doggies that like to shed fur all over the place. This fits exactly right in the general area with the networking/HomeLab computers and the kids Xboxes and helps keep the air clean in there and I am looking forward to it in the Spring when the oak pollen coats everything yellow as well. The 650 Sq. ft are perfect for the room and it is not overly loud, at least compared to everything else going on in the room. I do have it placed next to Rack/HomeLab equipment for maximum get the dust before it gets into the computers. You will have to take out the pre-filters and give them a vacuum now and then, but that isn't so bad considering that it should help extend the life of the Hepa filter out a number of years (up to five years per Shark) which can be a nice savings overall. It has a little scent puck that if you want to mask scents you can use and refill as if you find it useful. I typically don't mind, so I'm not worried about it. I also appreciate this device does not need an App to configure and run, you do it old school which is a huge plus these days, as who wants to configure more things onto their network to just set it and walk away. Overall the short time I've had this I've been very happy with the results.

I've had lots of air purifiers and this Shark might be my new favorite. It doesn't connect to wifi or have any crazy smart features but it instead focuses on doing what it is supposed to do really well, purify the air. This Shark air purifier is dead simple to use, take it out of the box and turn it on. It has a display to show you the quality of your air and several speeds and an automatic setting to make things even easier. It also includes a deodorizer puck that you can adjust the level. I find the scent very suttle and clean. If you like it you can turn the smell up and if you don't you can turn it completely off, great flexibility. The biggest feature of this unit is the filter, which supposedly lasts vastly longer than a traditional HEPA filter. I haven't had it long enough to validate this but so far I love what it does and it will for sure be a main stay in our house. As far as sound goes, it is relatively quiet most of the time. I really only notice it when it kicks into high gear after we cook or something. Even then it's only loud enough for us to say, where is that sound coming from? Overall this is a very well built and Effective air purifier. Very easy to use with little setup. Would highly recommend.

This air purifier is small, quiet and effective. Being the owner of a larger Shark air purifier, that I use in my living room, I jumped at getting this smaller one for my office. The controls are pretty much the same and very simple to use - and the behavior is just like its bigger sibling. Keeping the unit on the "Auto" setting means I don't have to worry about it, and the large readout and status ring for the air quality means I can see it from anywhere in the room. And this unit does indeed work: It picked up the cooking from downstairs and even "complained" about the paint smell. No problem...it kicked into high gear and worked extra hard to restore the air quality back to 100% in no time. While it was heavily active, the fan got loud and indeed noticeable; but once it returned to good air quality, things settled down to the point where I couldn't hear it anymore. This is fantastic. This unit also comes with an "odor neutralizer," which is essentially an air freshener module that you can refill. It works great at keeping my office smelling fresh and pleasant - and additional cartridges are available in a variety of scents.

I unpacked and turned it on. It started with air qualty 98 percent and within 3 minutes it got to 100 percent and stopped. I have three pets and see their hair flying in the air and on the flloor. But this device thinks everybhing is fine. I am sending it back to BB.

Seems to be working ok. Haven’t really noticed a big change in the air in just one month.

It doesn’t work. I tried returning it but i never got my receipt and it was not in my email or account but I’m so glad you all were able to find that I purchased this so that I could write a review. Terrible product and terrible customer service.
