The suction is so-so, and hair WILL get wrapped/trapped around the brush roll. It takes several passes over an area, and even then, it still doesn’t catch everything. I’m super disappointed with this purchase and wish I’d spent the extra money for the other brand.

Fair for hardwood floor, not good for carpet.

However, it lacks power for normal use. Hair and dust accumulates quickly in the machine and block the vacuum. Not suitable for rug or carpet despite advertised.

Not as advertised

However, it does not do well at all on carpet. Additionally the advertiszee 40 minutes of battery life is not accurate. I only got bout 15 minutes after fully charging it. I’m returning it for something else.

Good machine but hard to handle

This causes fatigue in my arm and shoulder. It also is not good for vacuuming high places.
