My Grandaughter can use it and able to hook up on charger easily

Looks good and is very friendly to use wsp having arthritis, however, i would be replacing it. The suction is too week and almost evertime i use it i have to open it up and empty the pipes that should have been vacuumed

Title: Worst Vacuum Ever - Avoid at All Costs! Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently purchased the Shark Rocket Stick Vacuum from the flaming dumpster of a garbage pile known as Best Buy, and let me tell you, it has been an absolute nightmare. This product has failed me not once, but twice, forcing me to return it for repairs. To begin with, the vacuum lacked proper suction power right out of the box, rendering it practically useless. Despite having what they call a "my Best Buy" warranty, the staff at the Mission Valley store conveniently failed to add it when I returned the vacuum for the first time after just a year and a half of use. Speaking of the staff, their level of incompetence and indifference was astounding. They seemed more interested in swindling customers than providing any sort of helpful assistance. Their slovenly attitude and lack of concern for customer satisfaction were truly disappointing. In summary, the Shark Rocket Stick Vacuum is an absolute disaster. Not only does it lack suction power, but the so-called warranty and the customer service at Best Buy only add to the frustration. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product like the dumpster fire it truly is. You deserve better than this sorry excuse for a vacuum cleaner.

I like being able to use the top half to clean my car.

The vacuum itself is very easy to use but it does not have a lot of suction. I am used to using the Shark brand but ended up returning this one. Not sure if it is this model specially or if it is all cordless vacuums.

It is an excellent sweeper, has a lot of suction power, an easy storage, if you are looking for a light sweeper this is the one for you.

A SALE PERSON SOLD ME ON THIS ON AND ITS GARBAGE THE PICK UP IS TERRIABLE.

Great vacuum. Would highly recommend. Not too loud.

Suction is not that good. Battery life not that good. Weight is too heavy. My wife complained that her wrist and arm would start to hurt after holding within the first few mins. Returned for a dyson V10 Pro.

we have 4 dogs and two toddlers the dog hair stops up the floor attachment so you have to unscrew the back to get all the dog out and it happens all the time. It also dies relatively fast even though it says 40 minutes of runtime it’s a good vacuum but for the price, I wish it was a little better…

it worked well but the suction power could of been better. for light everyday use it could be good but would need to do a weekly deep cleaning.

Wasn’t real happy with this one, the dust holder is super small. Will need to empty alot

Nice vacuum but doesn’t have a lot of power. The charge doesn’t last long. But it works!
