It is a very good iron. However, after a few months of use, the steam button is stuck in the down position, and will not come back up.

The iron burns and overheats after 6 months of normal use.

Strong steam, light weight, and very easy to use. Excellent professional iron.

This is the best iron I have ever bought. It doesn't leak water and gets all the wrinkles out of my clothes. I would definitely recommend this to a family member or a friend.

This iron is *heavy*, so that you don't need to apply so much pressure when using it. It glides smoothly over most fabrics. I bought this iron because of the tip that reminds me of a dolphin's beak, and this feature works great around shirt buttons and when needing to get into corners. As pleased as I am with this iron, I gave it four stars instead of five because: 1.) it shuts off after 15 minutes; 2.) you have to, like, shake the thing to start it again, then wait for it to warm up; and 3.) there are four temperature settings and that's it. No in-between. I sew every day and the too-soon shut-off and the lack of more graduated heating choices messes me up. I would love to find a hack for overriding these features. But, like I said in the title, I would buy this iron again if it ever goes kaput. I go through lots of irons and this really IS a swell iron. Incidentally, I never put water in an iron. Using the steam feature always shortens the life of an iron (for me, anyway). I use damp press cloths or a spray bottle on the side if I need the extra moisture.

It is so easy to iron with this shark product. I highly recommend this iron. I have saved a lot of time ironing some really wrinkled clothes.

I really like this iron, it heats up fast steams up perfectly, and gets out all the wrinkles. But it's So Very Heavy! And I am not a small Lady, and it really hurts my wrist. But it is a great iron.

The heating is fast and even. The auto-off feature is VERY helpful as I tend to forget. Steam is steady and not spotty. Easy to put away and store.

This iron definitely serves its purpose. We bought this one to press only our work clothes so we basically just use it for not more than 20 pieces of clothing. The steam is really strong and makes it easier to get the clothes wrinkle free. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star rating is that before I can finish pressing all of our work clothes, I had to refill the water for steam like 3-4 times. Overall though, this is a good iron for the price you pay.

This iron is exactly like we wanted . Personally I like irons which are on the heavier side . If you are expecting a light weight iron , this is not what you are looking for . It gets heated fast , it is just perfect for any material of cloth that you iron. Like most of the irons it has temperature Control for different types of cloths . Only drawback is that the power chord is not retractable .

Bought this to replace my 10 year old iron. Boy was I missing out!! This shark iron heats up fast and does a great job getting out all the wrinkles. I can finish my ironing now in half the time. much more surface area than my old iron and steam feature helps alot with the more delicate materials.
