I had decided to try Shark vacuum after dealing with dyson that we had. It's a great vacuum. A lot better then Dyson. Comes with so many attachments for all kinds of cleaning tasks. It sturdy, very good suction. So far I really really like this vacuum. I'm glad I made a decision to get it. Thank you Shark

This vacuum is very strong, easy to use, very flexible (it detaches as a more portable unit, and comes with a lot of accessories + attachments) If I had 1 gripe it's that, IT COMES WITH SO MANY ATTACHMENTS! they don't all attach the vacuum. You have to store them somewhere and there isn't a neat case to contain all of them.

This vacuum has great suction and is so easy to use. It comes with multiple attachments ranging from corner cleaner to sofa and pet hair attachment and even an attachment for hard wood floors that allows you to vacuum and clean your floor at the same time. Great product!

So far this has proven to be a great vacuum. Easy to push and control. It was easy to figure out and assemble without reading the instructions. The suction power is good. The first room in my house I vacuumed quickly filled up half the canister showing how my previous vacuum was lacking in getting all the dust. I don't use many of the tools except the wand, and that works well and is easy to take on and off and can be attached to the back of the vacuum so it's there when you need it. I like the fact it empties easily and quickly.

This is by far the best vacuum I have ever used. My fiance has a $500 Simplicity vacuum and this little Shark kicks its butt seriously! I vacuumed with the high dollar simplicity and then right over it with the Shark. AMAZING what the Shark picked up on the freshly vacuumed floor that was left behind by that other vac. Buy it you won't be sorry! Also comes with some great attachments that I actually use, like the under appliance wand. LOVE IT!

I would recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone. Best vacuum I have ever had. Great suction, long cord, multiple tools for versatility and lighter than some others I've looked at. ABSOLUTELY love it!!

Great versatility. Great suction. Does tend to fall over when using the hand wand if using it in the upright vacuum configuration. If using it as a canister, no problem.

We found this vacuum on sale over Memorial Day weekend, and were sold based on other reviews. After purchasing and using this, we love it! We had been in need of a vacuum that kept suction and made vacuuming on all different surfaces easier. After moving into a two-story house last year, vacuuming with our old, bagged vacuum on those stairs was such a pain. Being able to detach the canister and use an attachment to tackle those stairs made it so much easier! We won’t mind vacuuming with something so easy to use and actually feels as though it is cleaning my carpets and floors.

I cant say enough good things about this vacuum. It has great suction. I love the lift away. Has a lot of convenient attachments.

my girl is a neat freak! She loves all the attachments and all the features, plus it is very powerful suction! pretty quick too!

I was about to buy a Dyson DC40 until I saw the rotator 3 in 1 model in Bed Bath & Beyond for 1/2 the price, Shark states it performs better than the Dyson DC40 too. I really like this vacuum, works great and seems to be really well made. Things I like: Reasonably light Small footprint, not bulky like other vacuums LED lights provide good lighting Great on board tools Easiest using hose/wand around Converts to a canister with one button (Could not be easier) Fantastic suction plus variable suction control on the handle (great feature) Really provides a complete seal for the HEPA filter so no dust particles in the air Build Quality and materials feel very high 1/2 the price of a Dyson DC40 Looks nice.

Ok, I'll admit I am a sucker for TV infomercials, but I always do my research before purchasing. I read reviews and watched videos on other sites and I was pretty confident about this product. Mind you I also have owned a Rainbow SE for the past 18 years so I know what a good vacuum should do. I have used the Shark for 2 months now and I am totally impressed with how quickly I can clean my house floor to ceiling with this unit. The Lift Away feature and ample hose and cord length mean less time swapping attachments and more time focused on cleaning. The suction on this is ridiculous, be careful. The dumping of the canister is easy and the only maintenance is washing the 2 filters and getting the hair out of the roller (common on any vac). Everything is plastic so long term will tell the tale there, most people have been happy with the customer service, I have not had to use it yet. I still like my Rainbow SE but I definitely use it less now.

This vacuum really SUCKS! literally it sucks better than any other vacuum I've ever had. It picked up stuff that my other vacuum didn't. It is light and awesome to use. The attachments are great and the lift off feature is perfect for stairs. It gets pet hair amazingly!

I bought this vacuum (NV552) after some research to replace my slowly crumbling Dyson Animal that I bought about 6 years ago. I couldn't be more impressed with the performance! I first vacuumed with the Dyson. Then, I gave this Shark a run over the carpet. I couldn't believe the amount of dirt, dust, and dog hair that this thing picked up! I'm hoping there's truth the the 'never loose suction'. If it holds true, this vacuum will last a long time. I highly recommend this vacuum! Cost is way cheaper than the Dyson and performance is so much better! In comparison, this vacuum also comes with more features and attachments. Although still plastic, the build quality seems much better as well.

We are very pleased with this vacuum. It is lightweight, easy to use and extremely powerful. We have already used several of the attachments, which are also easy to use

After connecting all the parts for the upright operation I was thoroughly pleased with the suction and roller agitation. The upright unit is heavier on carpet and not as responsive as I would have liked. When switching to tile floor without the rollers the vacuum was much easier to move around. I was surprised to find the compact roller attachment had no power source for the roller. The roller activates through the suction alone. Does a nice job on the auto upholstery, two labs for passengers most days. Plenty of attachments, and easy to reconfigure from upright to canister. Great filter system, will need to be emptied regularly to maintain good suction. Typical of bagless systems.

Bought this vacuum for my wife after seeing a less expensive one my daughter had. Wanted more utensils so when I saw this on line I sent for it. First time using it on our just shampooed carpets we couldn't believe the debris from the soap in the pyle of the rug. Along with the fuzz from the rug that the old vacuum missed. Great for stairs and apolstery also with the additional tools. Really a super product. If you think your hour is clean try this and you'll be amazed. We were. And no bags and never looses suction.

Was looking for a lower noise vacuum cleaner which would still have good suction. This one meets those qualifications. Minor deficiencies are that the cord wraps around posts in the handle and the base which keeps you from going to tool mode without first unwinding the entire cord. Also, not self-powered, but light enough that it doesn't need to be. Ability to angle into corners is helpful as well.

I spoke with several Shark owners and looked at other online reviews before making my purchase. Everyone raved about this vacuum, and I wasn't disappointed.
