Enough features for me

It worked well for nearly 2yrs

I'm not sure why this started to happen but I ran out of luck with this iron, the good thing here is that I purchased a warranty when I first bought it and it payed off... Geek Squad reimbursed me the full amount that I paid for this so I went ahead I purchased a different iron. Thank you Best Buy for your services, I will always comeback to you.
