only complaint is that this iron is a bit heavy

I wish the website information had given the weight of the iron. It is much heavier than the iron I was replacing and that has taken a while to get used to.

An "Okay" Iron

I do a LOT of ironing, so go through irons in a couple of years and need a Heavy-Duty model for sure. This one is "okay"...it doesn't get as HOT as the Rowentas and doesn't deliver the steam. After a few months of use, now it's spitting out water occasionally. But, still for the money, it's alright...that's all I can say about it, I'm afraid.
