||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this iron from Bestbuy and first thing I noticed when using it was it was a bit heavy. The setting choices are easy to toggle through. First use experience: I used distilled water in the iron for steam action and it worked ok for awhile then it started dripping/leaking onto the clothes. I called Shark and they were very easy to work with as they quickly swapped it out with a brand new one. To be sure the same thing doesn't happen again I now use the iron without water.
