The iron does not hold heat to keep the steam flowing, kept getting water droplets and spots on clothes.

Decent price, works as an iron should. Hopefully it will be Saturday and last a long time.

its like holding a bowling ball when you iron i would recommend getting the lighter version

Worst iron I ever had, it leaks all the time no matter what I do.I follow the instructions, take very good care of it and still it does not work right. Should of sent it back.

Purchased this and noticed that it was leaking after a week so I went back to the store to the exchange it. Within a week the 2nd iron was doing the same thing so I returned it. Works great for a week and then starts to leak water.

Started out fine, but didn’t last at all. Leaked water all over the place. Replaced within couple months.

This iron is just ok. It runs out of water very fast. The steam is decent. It collects stains on the steel pretty fast. I bought three of these irons. They never last more than a year.

Just purchased this iron this evening, and pressed two items tonight. Heats very quickly; great steam, even on low setting. Good weight to the iron if you prefer one that's substantial. Also, I really like the button that switches settings, vs. the older dial format that I was accustomed to.

Leaks like a sieve. Replaced by mfg. twice and had to pay shipping both times. Good for about one week. Use daily. Don't waist your money.

This iron doesn't get hot enough! Shark irons are all I've ever used. Highly dissatisfied. Will try a new brand - Chi.

We don't use regularly. It was working fine and suddenly stop heating...

I ignored many other reviews that stated this iron had issues. I should have heeded the warnings. This iron did not get very hot even on the highest setting. Therefor it did not steam well and spit water all over my shirt. The was the 2nd one I tried...both had the same issue. Do not buy.

Had to do multiple orders and returns and am now giving up. Both irons came with the box opened and water in the water reservoir. I even called Shark to ask if this was because they test them before they send them out. They told me no, and that Best Buy is probably shipping out open box/returned items as brand new. I was shocked they would say something like this, but whatever the reason I’m not paying $50 for a returned iron.

Worst iron ever. It leaks just like the reviews says it does.

The appliance is heavy, consumes a ton of water for the steam. The select button would malfunction. I have purchased other Shark products with great reliability and this one definitely did not make the list.
