The microwave delivered was as described. I am elderly and did not like the black interior as I thought it was all white. But it serves its purpose and I am getting used to the changes from using my old microwave. I called because steam or smoke was on the inside after i heated tomatoes, but was told it was just condensation. Never dealt with that before. Other than that, it seems to heat the food properly.

So far we love it. Had to replace our over the oven version: which was working fine; but with our kitchen remodel we didn't need one over the oven. This one is perfect! Great power too!

This is a good replacement and works fine the only gripe is the locking system. Would like if the lock could be turned off because when others use it and don't know you have to push unlock they think the button to open the door is broken

Our original microwave stopped working making a new one necessary. For convenience, we visited the store in Lady Lake which we visit often. After online research, we decided on the model we purchased. Once the store associate introduced himself, he proved to be very knowledgeable on the model in question and very helpful when we found it was not available in the store at the moment. We put it on order after he suggested it would take 2 or 3 days to be delivered but once the order was placed, it arrived the next day! We’re very happy with all our dealings with Best Buy!

I love the white color where the numbers on the buttons are easily read and used. This microwave has a large interior and the watts easily cooks any dish very timely. I highly recommend this product.

bought this for my brother His went out last minute, this was perfect and very spacious, my best part is that it has a kid safety feature on it that you can lock it so the kids do not burn themselves

I bought this as a replacement for my same but older model. I like the ease of using it without added technology that I have no use for.

Just bought this but it seems to work very well. Had to get use to using the door unlock button before opening but all else works good.

Works fine. Relatively quiet. Powerful enough. Proper size.

It works well. I would only say I wish it was smaller. But that’s my fault.

This microwave has been the best decision I have made,I purchased it a few months ago,and it heats quick and the design is amazing,I noticed it’s a little more pricey of when I brought it but trust me its worth the price.

It’s a good microwave that works well in my space. My only concern is the door lock. It automatically locks each time and must be unlocked to get food out. It’s a child safety feature. I don’t have children and am not a fan of the lock feature.

The bottom of these microwave ovens are not even, noticed it as soon as I placed it on the counter and thought it might got deformed during shipping. Exchanged a new one, tested it in store and it was about the same, little bit wobbling. I was in need of a new oven and this model was the just right size so I kept it and sticked a pad under one corner to level it. While in use, some part of the shell vibrates and makes a humming noise and it goes away if you put some pressure on top. Not much but it shows the craftsmanship is not as good as my previous one, same Sharp brand but not the same quality.

Excellent unit. Simple. I like the door lock feature. Looks nice in the kitchen. Not small but not too big. Perfect for our family because we only use it on occasion. Needed something long lasting but doesn’t break the bank.

Love this small but efficient microwave The child lock is somewhat bothersome but you can get used to it quickly. lots of convenient cooking times for different foods and I love the color if it as well
