Returned got a 2nd one it starting blinking after having it 3 weeks. Returned. My new one is not this brand. It was very easy to clean, a good wipe and its clean.

Inoperable "brick" out of box!

Fresh out of the box it did NOT work! Contacted Sharp tech service and they were horrible. Kept telling me serial number was wrong despite having the number on the back of the unit and the box. Could not get past this step to even see if they could help troubleshoot. Not my FIRST microwave and I assure you I know how to operate one. This one would not even warm at all not even a glass of water for 1 min. Nothing! will be my last sharp product ever as the no longer make them like they used to. Very dissapointing experience, hopefully my experience is better at BestBuy today when I return it.

Light bulb not covered under warranty

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Slightly after the return window the light inside started to flicker, called sharp and they said the light inside was not covered by the warranty and I would have to go a website buy a new bulb remove the cover and change it myself,fast forward to now and the light does not work,There are some things I do not mind taking apart to fix but a microwave is not one of them.I wont be buying sharp again.

Truth in Advertising…NOT!!!

It was described as being in excellent condition, the highest rating. What I didn’t expect was was a whopping dent in the external decorative metal case surrounding the microwave. It can’t be used without placing inside a cabinet/case. I’d return it were it not for the case that I threw out the packaging.

Neve Buy from BestBuy again

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well I entered the store and asked someone if they could happen they said sure in a little bit I'll send somebody right over well I waited and waited so I load it into a cart by myself as I was going to go out the store after paying for it I asked the gentleman if he would put it in my car he said sure there was a woman standing at the door so I'm assuming she was probably his boss since I couldn't get no help no otherwise but the purchase was good in the merchandise was good but you definitely need to work on customer service and I could have understood if they were busy but they was not

Sounded like a helicopter was attacking

When I went to test it out, it sounded like a helicopter was attacking. The fan was super loud and sounded like there was something stuck in there. It didn’t look user serviceable so right back to the store it went. I decided to look elsewhere for my microwave needs

Does not heat evenly

It has a much stronger heat in the middle. Everything I heat is over cooked in the middle and barely warm on the outer sides.

I see why it was returned...

The microwave door won't close all the way, it has a screw sticking out the bottom that scratched my counter and wobbles. I had sworn my return date was 8/12 but upon going to print out receipt for return it shows 8/2 so now I have a microwave that I can't use.
