Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well I entered the store and asked someone if they could happen they said sure in a little bit I'll send somebody right over well I waited and waited so I load it into a cart by myself as I was going to go out the store after paying for it I asked the gentleman if he would put it in my car he said sure there was a woman standing at the door so I'm assuming she was probably his boss since I couldn't get no help no otherwise but the purchase was good in the merchandise was good but you definitely need to work on customer service and I could have understood if they were busy but they was not

Sounded like a helicopter was attacking

When I went to test it out, it sounded like a helicopter was attacking. The fan was super loud and sounded like there was something stuck in there. It didn’t look user serviceable so right back to the store it went. I decided to look elsewhere for my microwave needs

Does not heat evenly

It has a much stronger heat in the middle. Everything I heat is over cooked in the middle and barely warm on the outer sides.

The microwave door won't close all the way, it has a screw sticking out the bottom that scratched my counter and wobbles. I had sworn my return date was 8/12 but upon going to print out receipt for return it shows 8/2 so now I have a microwave that I can't use.

Stopped working within three months

Also an issue, the child-safety "feature" that prevents the microwave from opening when you press open. I should have listened to the reviews.

NOT excellent condition open box!

Obviously they didn't check it over very well because the 30 second button on the bottom works, however, it has a severe dent under the black panel that is starting to peel. Very nice microwave just poor servicing.

I like being able to hit the numbers from one to six (for minutes) and it starts right away. While it is cooking you can add 30 seconds if you want more than the amount of minutes you punched in. You can adjust the power level while it is cooking. It also cooks more evenly than the other microwave we had. The interior light stays lit while cooking too. I could go on and on with the many nice features it has. I highly recommend it.
