Build quality is on the cheaper side but it provides the small form factor I was looking for. An example of the cheaper build quality is the thinmetal they use on the side panels which causes quite a bit of vibration noise on each side of the microwave when it's running.

We now keep a flashlight by the microwave to use when pushing the buttons. The microwave also slid all over the counter when pressing the keypad or opening/closing the door. We bought rubber grips to put under which have helped tremendously. The microwave works well, but the lighting feature (or lack thereof) is a huge deterrent.

This was not easy, as the website does not make this a searchable feature. My only complaint about the unit is that the "stainless steel" parts on the front are the ones you touch with your fingers, so there are always smudges. Stupid design flaw.
