This was the exact size of microwave I was looking for. The previous one crapped out and was too big. Hopefully this will last a while. It's working just fine so far and the price was right.

The good: It heats very evenly. The beeps it makes aren't too sharp. Easy to clean. "Start" button has 30-second cook time preset (at full power) if pressed alone. The bad: Long cook times. I usually have to increase cook time 20-30% above times written for 1100 watts. This oven is 1000 watts. Odd programming. To select a power level by percentage, push the "power" key repeatedly. One press for 100%, two presses for 90%, and so on. The number key for zero is to the right of the number 6 key. To program the time of day, press "clock", select "12H" or "24H" (for military time), then, while that is still displayed, start using the number keys to enter the time, then press clock again.

Got it for employees to use in small office. Works great, Easy to keep clean. Everyone's happy!

This was my first experience with ordering an appliance online - but the price was right, the microwave was exactly what I wanted - shipping was free, and best of all, I ordered it one day, and despite the fact that delivery was promised within 3 days, I was AMAZED when the microwave showed up the very next day - WOW - I have been enjoying the higher wattage of this model, so I am a "happy camper"!!!

Almost a year in, and this Microwave is working like it did when I first plugged it in. Some of the features are nice for a mid-level microwave. The only real downside is that there's no light when you open the door.

This is a perfect small counter top microwave that performs as well as larger models.

This model is very easy to use for our older parent, with the right power, and it is the perfect size for her smaller kitchen

Good for the price. This replaced my previous Sharp. Only thing I don't like is that it does not have a light when you open the door. Like my previously model.
