3rd time I've purchased this same unit over many years (I wear microwaves out within a few years). Positive points: White cabinet (a must); Easy-touch time buttons and improved kitchen timer from previous models are good additions; LOVE the fact that light only goes on when oven is operating. Makes it easy to clean and leave the door open to air out without having to unplug it to do so. Imagine it also makes the bulb last longer. Negative points: Rotating tray goes "off track" too easily (never had this problem with last 2 units). Does not easily reset in place properly after cleaning. Have to check after starting each time to be sure it is turning; uneven heating on subsequent uses (heated a mug of water to boiling for tea in 3 minutes. Tried to do same 20 minutes later, and it took 4 minutes???. Happens on a regular basis, so can't rely that things are heated during a set time without checking); this unit is noisier that previous units (not that important to me, but may be to others). But for price paid (under $90) I can't complain. Meets my needs.

This is a great microwave for the price and the limited functions needed by this user. It is good for elderly who need simple instructions. Heats well and is easy to use. Works as free-standing unit in small kitchen.

Very pleased with this appliance. I looked for a very long time for a microwave which you would think wouldn't be s big deal. But I was looking for one with the high wattage but on the small size dimension wise so it didn't occupy allot of my counter space. This is the quietest microwave I have used.

I needed a new microwave and figured this was a good replacement. Well, I'm spoiled and didn't realize this was smaller than my previous, the wattage was lower and doesn't have a light to see inside the unit when it is on. Still a great buy though.

This is a medium powered unit. The only improvement that it needs is for the light inside to come on when the door is opened.

I was on a budget having to buy many appliances for my new apartment. I needed a good price for the microwave but did not want to sacrifice in capacity. This microwave is 1000 Watts but feels like 1100. Its the best buy you can get for a tight budget.

Size , color, and wattage fits our needs. The Sharp microwave replaced the much older version we had previously used. Price was very good . We like the push button door open feature for convenience of use. The controls are good and functional. Lettering and numbers could be a little brighter with more contrast for easier recognition.

The button you push to open the door sticks so it needs to be tapped to get it released. Other than that it works great.

This microwave works great. I replaced a 10 year old microwave and didn't realize what I had been missing. It heats my food in half the time. Everything heats evenly with no cold or frozen spots. My only complaint is I should have bought it sooner.

Perfect appliance for the house. The price is reasonable and it is easy to assemble.

I bought this microwave after reading mixed reviews on other sites and best buy. The microwave works well, it’s been 2 yrs now. No single complaint till now. The various preset options comes handy. The size is decent.

This is a great buy for the money. It is relatively inexpensive and good quality. I had the same I've got the last 4.5 years and only now had to replace it. So if you need simple and reliable microwave than this is the best choice

Good value for the money. Nice look for a first apt. Nice features. Really wanted something that would fit the kitchen without being too small. The size is just right. Mostly using it for re-heating leftovers or heating up small side dishes. Good easy to use controls

My old microwave died suddenly and I needed to replace it in a hurry. This one was on sale, so I decided to go for it. I like the size, and it has more power than any other microwave I've had -- heats quickly and well. All in all a good choice.

Bought this for my Dad and he loves it! Loved the price point and the feature set as well. It matched his mini-fridge and was up and making his popcorn in a few minutes. Sharp is still a great brand and we would definitely buy this again!

I have used Sharp Microwave in past and I went with this new one. Simple , easy and very reasonable price.

Bought this microwave for my daughter who was away at college. The first one was slightly damaged on the outside. Not bad but when she couldn't get the clock to work I decided to drive 200 miles and get it to exchange for her. Got the same microwave since she liked size, features, appearance. Took this one to her and luckily waited while she unboxed it. This one the clock worked but the door wouldn't pop open. Had to pull it open. Twice was enough for me. Think it'd be ok if you find one that works?

This is a classy looking microwave.. small but lots of room inside to fit big plates. . Great deal for the $$$

Works well. Nice power for a smaller oven. Reduced cooking time in half from previous microwave,which was 6 years old
