It iss way better than my previous Panasonic which I had to return back.

We looked for an inexpensive small microwave at any places. Ended up at Best Buy and found this. Great purchase!

I've only had it a month or so, so it's too soon to testify as to its durability and toughness under daily use. My older and smaller Carousel lasted for years with a couple of replacements of broken turntables, but this one is a little bigger and has more wattage. It cooks stuff quicker than the older one. I'll give it five stars if it keeps on truckin' and cookin' for three or four years. I think my old small one lasted for seven or eight years at least. I can't even remember when I bought the old one.

this is a very basic microwave. no internal light comes on when you open the door. the sound of the door closing is fairly loud and empty metal sounding. makes me wonder about the insulation. it's okay.

The brand Sharp was perfect for me regarding the size/capacity along with the price. The Microwave did fit the Cabinet I had for the previous Microwave. It was easy to use at once without any problem. I did like the Free Shipping and it is not the first time to purchase anything from Best Buys.

Works as expected. No complaints or issues after 5 years of use.

Our last microwave of the same 1000 watts made our electric box buzz. This one does not! We have plenty of height inside to stack containers to heat food. Nice choice of touch buttons for 1 touch heating . Defrost, power & cooking buttons are easy to use. Same cubic feet as our last one but a little smaller so it fits better on our counter. Room to cook corn on the cob & use our round bacon tray on the turntable. And we could buy it in white.. Wish we had bought the Sharp before instead of the Hamilton Beach that quit after 13 months!

I purchased this microwave for someone who has special needs, based on the easy to understand and read keys.

So far so good with this microwave. Old one broke down so I had to buy a new one ASAP. I like the brand Sharp for household appliances and this one is a great fit for a small kitchen with little space.

Perfect Popcorn and reheating leftovers. Takes up very little of the limited space in my apartment kitchen.

We got this microwave as a back up oven when our main oven we got from Sears broke. Fits on the counter top. Works very well for heating coffee and soups. Get the extended service warranty with your purchase. You will be happy you did.
