I was looking for a compact microwave but large enough to thaw out food from the freezer. This is compact enough to fit on my counter and there's enough space to thaw out sauce from my freezer.

This microwave cooked well but the interior light did not come on unless the unit was operating. I have a well lit kitchen and it was very hard to clean or see what was inside of the oven. I contacted Panasonic and they told me it was to 'save' on electricity. I have owned many microwave ovens and have never seen a spike in my electricity bill from opening my microwave. It also didn't have a kitchen timer and for those reasons I wasn't happy with it.

We purchased the new Sharp Microwave to replace our older Sharp Microwave which died after a long service life. We were looking at cost,space and reliability and this met out needs. Unfortunately the first Sharp Microwave picked up from Best Buy was Noisy and had quality issues. We Returned it after a week. Fortunately the replacement identical Sharp microwave is working well, to date, and it appears the noise problem was Isolated to one defective unit.

Great sized microwave for a single retired person. Easy to use.

Right size, easy to operate, a little lite in weight

This microwave is a little disappointing. The light does not turn on when you open the door, so it can be hard to see inside, depending on the lighting conditions in the kitchen. What's worse is the fact that puddles of moisture often build up along the bottom of the walls after you heat something, causing you to have to wipe it out. I've never had a microwave do that before

Great microwave but a bit pricey...no light inside only when it is working...buttons are small..and it is push button to open door not pull handle.

We'll see how long it lasts...first week in it shut down on us. Had just nuked a sweet potato for 6 minutes and when we tried to do something else immediately after, it just stopped working. After half hour or so it was ok again. It seems like a lot of steam builds up in it with everything, so maybe that had something to do with it? The door opens and closes very easily which was a problem we found with most of the units this size. Love the 30 second button.

Great inside capacity, outside is a bit larger than it may need to be. Has a good amount of features past the standard timed heating. Looks nice.

Nothing to really brag about. This is a normal microwave and does a good job at doing its job. The inside light could be better and could come on when the door is open, not just when the microwave is working. Other than that, it is a good product.

It works great and it does a great job heating. It's not to big or to small for the counter top. My only problem was the dull look and the button to open the door needs to be pressed very firmly

Microwave has the turntable that I wanted. Push a number and it starts cooking that many minutes - it's that simple!

My old microwave had very low wattage and made life tough to cook food thoroughly and took forever to do that. This microwave does the job! A cool thing about it is you can just press a number & leave it for a second, and it starts automatically. It has a bunch of shortcuts to it and is a nice color. Definitely recommend.

After owning one of these models before, I decided to get it again, because it works well and seems better quality, than most of the others I looked at. Good price also.

I've bought this particular model for several staff lounges over the years and it's just perfect for heavy use heating up meals and beverages by multiple users. Not too many features, very durable, and easy to clean up spills and spatters. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this for home use. I bought on sale and I know we'll get many years of service.

I like that the microwave is not too big or small. The only thing that I would have liked was a reheat button!

this microwave is easy to use...clean...has a little buzz when on and hot spots when heating. Overall I'm satisfied with what it has and price.

This is exactly what I was looking for-- a functional, economical microwave for quick reheating, thawing, etc. A good value for the price.

It took me all of 2 minutes to walk in and pick up the microwave from the local Best Buy. The clerk offered to take it to the car for me, but it was not a problem to handle. I had it unboxed and in use after just a couple of minutes and it has worked fine since then.

I have a two family and bought one for me with limited counter space and one for my tenants. They were equally as happy to have something that was functional yet not overbearing in size.
