Didn't think I would use the Alexa feature, but you can yell "Alexa, turn on the microwave for 45 seconds at 50% power" and, just like magic, it works!

Load, clock doesn't work without Alexa

I set the clock, which requires connecting to Alexa for some reason. A brief power outage and the clock went back to 0:00 and now Alexa won't connect so I can't se the clock. Oh yeah is quite loud, almost like something is not tighten down inside.

Good Microwave CHEAPLY MADE

Any cheaper and it would made out of a soda can. Secondly, it came with two scratches on it. Pros: It is quiet, it seems to do a good job, has a touch screen, has a defrost button, and you can add 30 seconds to your time with one button push. Additional Cons: It is stainless steel not black, does not have regular defrost, and tries to connect to your Wi-Fi which is extremely annoying. It should have a way to turn it off if you are not going to connect it to Alexa. Our old Sharp made in 1993 was excellent. It just died. Had no complaints would have given it six stars. That old Microwave is the reason we bought a sharp this time.
