Great Microwave for Island

When it was turned on, it seemed to work fine except it didn’t heat up the food. It was an inconvenience being without one and Sharp was very slow in resolving the problem. I finally contacted Best Buy who agreed to replace the unit. Now I’m worried it will crater on me again!

Although in general microwave drawers are a lot more expensive than regular microwaves, this one is a great buy. Very sleek, modern design, and works well too.

My only complaint is that I have had a hard time getting the wifi connected. I have followed the steps in the manual and on the microwave and just can not get it to connect.

The wifi/Amazon abilities are fun and it's so nice to yell across the room, "Amazon, microwave stop!" when the microwave is beeping rather than getting up and trudging over to press STOP.

It is amazing and totally makes the kitchen. It completely blends into our island and is very kid friendly. No more reaching above 2 double ovens with a hot dish. Very quick, very even cooking, no hot spots. Our sales associate was spot on with his selection. Eric & Barry @ - Pacific Kitchen and Home Best Buy Store 58 in Dallas is a must go to for all you home product needs.
