Nice features. Unfortunately it has broken down two times since installation 2 months ago. Best buy warranty doesn't help since still under factory warranty. Using old microwave which we have owned for 2 years while we wait for schedule service appointment in 2 weeks. Possibly we received a lemon.

We were a bit concerned that this unit had less power than the microwave we had. 950 vs 1100 but so far we have not noticed any real difference. All the features work great. I should note that we have only been using it for about a month.

We had issues with the microwave working intermittently when it was first installed. However, we were able to quickly get it fixed. Happy with the purchase.

works amazing and looks fantastic - we were unsure of the drawer but after getting it installed I couldn't recommend this more if you are putting your microwave below the counter.

Arrived broken. Still am unable to replace via warranty as no more units are available. $1500 for a broken microwave. Pretty dissapointed by sharp as well as best buy. Sharp wont replace as? Even though it was recieved, brand new in box, broken, the see that as acceptable. Best buy will replace, but they dont have a replacement.

$1400 Broken Microwave

$1400 microwave which requires a custom sized mount in custom cabinets and it just died after about 14 months. Out of warranty.
Also, it doesn’t have a rotating table in it, so it microwaves very unevenly and takes longer than a traditional microwave.
DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE!

This microwave went out after 10 uses have been trying to get in touch with someone to get this unit replaced. Still after 8 times transferred and the Geek Squad claiming they sent the store manager messages I have yet to hear back from anyone. Do NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY. o to ABT the service here is horrible and so is the product. Waited almost a year to get this Received it December 23rd and January 4th, I called them, and I can't get a a call back. I have made numerous attempts. they just transfer you and transfer you to no resolve.
