I don’t have to worry about soups spilling when the drawer opens like I thought I would. I think one of my favorite features about it is that it just blends in with the cabinets. We’ve been using it for just over a month now and I am glad I made the switch to the drawer microwave.

It works very well and really like the fact it saves counter space and is ADA approved. It is expensive but think it will be the most used appliance in our kitchen and hope it holds up like the Panasonic microwave it is replacing that was 20 years old.

Looks very sleek and clean when installed properly. Plenty of functionality and clean aesthetic, well worth the money. You won’t regret the purchase.

Mine was purchased for a new house build where we had to make room and this was the best option. The prices will eventually come down as Sharp owns the patent right now.

The wave feature is so neat and it has a self close with a light nudge, that is so helpful. It’s easy to operate, it cooks better then my old rotating microwave and it is easy to clean! I would highly recommend this microwave!!!

Works great for us, as we have it inside our kitchen island. Want to wow your friends? Show them the motion to open option! Essentially hands-free operation of the door. You can wave at it, but if hands full, passing by or moving around in front of it will open the drawer.

Sharp Drawer Microwave

When it was turned on, it seemed to work fine except it didn’t heat up the food. It was an inconvenience being without one and Sharp was very slow in resolving the problem. I finally contacted Best Buy who agreed to replace the unit. Now I’m worried it will crater on me again!
