Can't receive audio from TV

Everything was still intact, but when I connected it to work with my xbox one it just wouldn't give out audio. Gave it three stars because I play music through Bluetooth and the sound quality was really good. I just wished it worked to give out audio through my TV.

We absolutely love this soundbar and subwoofer!! We actually have 2 of them! They are paired with a Sony 4K Smart TV and Samsung HD Smart TV (our Sharp Aquos died on us). Also, we have connected them via HDMI and optical, and we cannot tell a difference in quality or sync. Sharp's brand has taken a nosedive and we will not buy another Sharp TV, but they got this one right.
