If i could rate this at 0 or negative stars… i would. I got my first one of this model and after 3 days of having it… it stopped turning, it lit up and counted down (sometimes) and did not heat anything at all. Got my replacement from them and from the get go… all it didnwas light up, count down anf turn. I had a cup of water in a pyrex measuring cup in it for ten minutes straight… still cold. Their customer service at sharp is trash- got a drunk representative slurring every other word, could not identify any details on my account and kept going with a tiny bit of progress, backing up to look something up and getting lost, not remembering what she was doing. Asked for a manager, she went to look for one and came back to say she was a manager, then she was going to look for one… then got disconnected after 5 minutes of silence. I called back to restart the process and their only suggestion is to be ok, just recieving a THIRD microwave. I dont want to deal with sharp anymore and wished i didnt ever purchase this piece of trash. Now i have two large boxes in my garage because one rep says to dispose of them and another says to send them in.

Bought a new house and needed a new microwave. This thing does the trick. Quality is great, cooking is perfect, and can handle almost anything you want to cook in it.

I bought this to replace a similar sharp microwave that went bad after 10 years of reliable service. I liked it a lot that's why I bought almost exact same unit. It does a great job heating our food

Bought it as a gift. Great value! I would purchase this model for myself.

The pad to open and close sticks I am hopeful that through use it will work properly

Love it so far. It's quiet and the food cooks really fast. Not in love with the door lock feature but I think it just takes some getting used to

The item was returned due the door didn't Close tightly and had electical wire odor every time it was used. I did not consider it safe too use. It was a hassle from the start . Not be able too call the store directly was the worst!

It works like a microwave is supposed to nothing fancy.

For the money it was a great replacement. Best Buy is and has been a way for me to purchase and meet my needs.

Replaced a Sharp microwave purchased in 2014 Almost identical except for new security features

Big microwave used as a secondary mircrowave but can stack two plates at once. Child safety lock is also a plus.

A very nice and large capacity microwave, able to put larger size bowls and plates inside.

Initial review is all positive. It is extremely quiet and works well. Durability remains TBD as it was a recent ourchase.

If you like a larger microwave, this is for you. So far, so good!
