Larger than expected. The time estimate sensor does not always calculated cooking time correctly.

Replaced like and kind. Better than the original. I would recommend to all. More and better features added. Make sure you read the manual first. Then make popcorn!

Overall a decent value (size of oven and power for the money) but we find that the sensor cooking consistently gets it wrong whether we are reheating, defrosting, or softening. Once you get a feel for the oven, you can do these things manually - but that is not as good as it would be if they worked via the sensor function.

I thought it had all the features I needed but it's not that easy to get it to do what you want

I was real surprised by the size of the interior of this microwave because it's not all that big on the outside.

Replaced a Panasonic. They kept breaking. Hoping this Sharp lasts longer than six months! So far, so good. Excellent microwave so far. Lots of features. Defrosts great!

it is a good product heats well. it takes getting used to new button placement.

i bought this microwave as an open box. For the price it is well worth it, plus they offered a warranty can't beat that!

The outside body is very light. It looks like made out of a tin can. Works well but very Sharpe edges.

Good microwave. Replaced a 1-year old Panasonic that had a documented issue with the door not closing properly, thus preventing operation. Heats quickly, looks good, door closes with very gentle force. Buttons are hard to see in a dark room.

I would recommend this microwave if you have the counterspace to handle it.

This came with more built-in presets than any microwave I have ever had. I am very disappointed in not being able to set the timer as I see fit but am forced to make the times that are built in work as well as I can.

This microwave replaces an earlier model we've had for years. Really impressed with the features and ease of use.

From the time I took it out of the box, it has been getting a real workout..My last microwave was a Sharp, and it actually still worked great, but we thought it was time to get one that matched better in our kitchen. We gave the old one to Goodwill. We had the last Sharp Microwave for at least 10 years, if that tells you anything about the manufacturer. It heats up everything very quickly, and thoroughly. If you are looking for a microwave stop here, and get this one.

Really not too keen on Best Buy. I would not buy a major appliance from this store .

We've owned several Sharp microwaves in the past for our homes and RV and never had any issues until the last 2 years. Previously, each lasted well over 10 years and we considered them to be quality products and good values. The last 2 we purchased, one for our new home and one for our RV, didn't survive the manufacturer warranty periods. Both had magnetron issues. I would have been suspicious if both units were the same size and model, but they weren't. The one in our RV was a midsize drawer unit and the one in our new home was a large countertop model. In both cases, the service center analysis stated each was too costly to repair and should be returned for replacement (at OUR shipping expense). Needless to say, we're sadly disappointed with a brand that was once top of the line and won't be purchasing another one of their units.
