PERFORMS JUST LIKE I THOUGHT IT WOULD..................

This is the best microwave that I have ever had. It has really great features such as a sensor reheat, defrost, keep warm and soften. It cooks really fast and doesn't explode items all over the inside of the microwave like other microwaves I have had in the past did.

This is an awesome microwave. It handles everything and is very user friendly. Stainless Steel looks great and easy to clean. A great upgrade or improvement to this unit would be an illuminated keyboard for low light. Black key board is a little hard to see with out turning on big kitchen lights for viewing.

I really like the look and the size heats food up quick

We have bought this same style for almost 30 years. Replaced our 25 year old one with this slightly newer model. Works great. Hopefully will last another 25 years

Replace a Panasonic after if quit pretty early in it's life. So far we have really enjoyed this microwave.

I had a similar model and needed to replace it. I don't think this is as user friendly, plus it's a little larger which I was disappointed in but overall it's a good unit.

This microwave is slightly larger than the dimensions on this website and the box. Both sets of dimensions which were different from each other, even, at the time I purchased this. Of course this does not matter if it sits on a counter, but I would have preferred to know the actual dimensions before I lugged the heavy thing home, unboxed it, and hoisted it up to the cabinet to only have it not fit. My measuring tape showed it was about 3/32" wider than stated online, and slightly less than that on the measurement that was listed on the box.

Our 2nd Sharp Microwave - reliable. Nice size. A lighted or bolder/brighter button display descriptions would help with selection. Love the automatic settings.

Takes some getting used to the buttons. Nothing less than 30 seconds which is a pain. Reheat button best of all. Every different food comes up just right.

I wanted an exact replacement for my older Sharp R651ZS model, but the new model R651ZS does not operate the same as the older model.

It worked for about 25 days. It will completely lose power temporarily, the clock will not stay programmed and it cooks very unevenly. Took it back to best buy, They would not return or exchange it. They said we have to send it back to Sharp, so we would be without a microwave for a month or so... I guess we are out $180, thanks Sharp and best buy, we appreciate it!

I have always used the Sharp micrwave since the 80's. It always gave me good performance,love the size and the turn table function. I have done cooking,baking,drying and just about everything in it. It is about one of the most used things in my kitchen,and I wouldn't want to be without it.

My first one, straight from the box had a chip out of the door. Best Buy was great for exchanging. The next one, I think was a "newer" make, was made from thinner metal and rattles. It sounds cheap. Just shutting the door would cause rattling. Price I paid should be a better quality product. I found if this microwave model came from boxes with holes for handles in the side, it was made with thicker metal. Boxes with no holes for handles, were the ones with thinner metal, so more noise. Unfortunately I could not find an "older" one to exchange to. I took this one back also, and bought a different microwave entirely.

The salesperson was upbeat,polite and seemed to know his products. His recommendation as to which microwave would fit our need was right on the money..Pricewas also reasonable.

I would recommend this microwave for anyone who wants ease of use, lots of features and a large interior capacity.

I have always had Sharp microwaves. Very dependable , long lasting. i gave my last one to my youngest son when he went to college and he still has it ! It is now 16 years old ! Our new Sharp has all the new features you could want and works perfectly !
