I purchased this for our office and wow it has been a good oven to have around. The pre-set buttons are awesome! The fact that we haven't had to endure the smell burned popcorn since its arrival says it all!

I really like the features of keep warm and beverage warmer. It's a smart appliance because it has push one button convenience for several items. it makes live simpler.

I have had Sharp microwaves in the past and wanted another one. Best Buy was the only dealer that had a new model in stainless steel, but none in the store; it was shipped to my home. The clock and timer didn't work. I ordered a replacement to come to the store and I exchanged the broken one for another. After setting up the second microwave, I discovered that the 3 and the 8 keys were not responding.! I called the store and talked to the manager about picking this one up as it weighed over 50 pounds - done! However, they would not issue a credit back on to my debit card that I bought it with; they would only offer a store refund or I could go in to the store and get a cash refund. One would have thought they'd make an exception when a customer had gotten TWO MALFUNCTIONING MICROWAVES. Oh, well.... I went and got my cash back and went to another dealer and bought a slightly older model that works just fine!

I bought this Microwave because of three reasons.... 1. It's a Sharp 2. It fit our budget! 3. I like the feature list! Especially the Soften feature.

I brought it base on the store employee's recommendation and now I would recommend it to everyone too.

Large capacity. Like feature to soften butter, ice cream, etc

my only complaint is when you use the soften button to soften butter it melts the butter

When I purchase this micro it was the last one on the shelve so I thought it must be a popular model boy was I wrong. I got it home and it didn't even work .The plastic film on it was hard to remove after further examination I discover it was a return so I took it back to the store as another return also there were no instruction book in the box.Horrible product!!!!!

We have had our microwave for about a month and it has been great!

good value,good looks.Only small complaint is the box! there are no handle cutouts and the box is bulky and hard to handle.

After owning Sharp microwaves since the first carousel, we were shocked by this new one. We had the microwave for 17 days, when it blew out!

The only flaw of this product is that the touch screen gets bubbled up really fast and gets worn out. otherwise the microwave is really big fits in a large plate and it heats up the food right and even

We bought a unit from bed bath and beyond, and it stopped working within 3 weeks. we love our new unit

Bottom line - by someone else’s microwave. This product sucks. I bought one that died in 3 months. Sharp sent a new one to my house within 3 days - very impressive - but it still sucks since it is one of the most complicated microwaves to use that I have ever seen. Not even slightly intuitive in how it operates.

Love the push buttons for quick time (30 seconds, 1 minute, etc) Reheat sensor works wonderfully - all in all - very happy with this microwave.

I only had a 16" high space beneath my cupboard and this fit perfectly!

I would recommend the purchasing of this microwave for the price.

don't quite know what to say.....it heats the food up really well.....i can add 30 seconds by just pressing a button....hope it lasts 20 years or at least til i croak.....

It quit working after 2 months and of course because we didn't spend money on an extra warranty, but you should not have to expect a new microwave to quit working in 2 months, Best Buy will not help So we have to work it out the manufacturer! I am very disappointed in the microwave and Best Buy!

Nice microwave. Does all the basics. Wish it had a little more room inside.
