This microwave is okay nothing super fantastic about other than it takes a tech savvy person to operate it. I am learning.

Microwave quality is not like used to be. I had same brand Microwave that I bought 20 years ago. That was last me 20 years. The microwave quality was very good and very quiet compare to what I bought. This Microwave make noise is way too loud that I don't like.

It didn't work out for us the door felt cheap didn't close good And it was making a noise

Not even A year can’t heat up to 1 minute die after 40 sec then 15 sec ... never buy again

Stay away from this product. It quit working after 35 days. BB would not take it back. I would have to send it in to Sharp USA. After 35 minutes on hold I gave up. Next couple tries the same thing. I give up!

It's a little better than the average microwave. I like the keep warm feature.

Returned this unit because it was not powerful enough for our needs.

6 weeks to the day I bought this microwave the exhaust fan falls off. Guess I just got lucky with my first one that's still operating. It was made in 1983. Sharp customer service has handled it very well. Let's hope the replacement last longer! Can't say I would recommend this product at this point in time.

It was a good value for the money. I would recommend.

Product is good for warming up water, but popcorn button programmed for too long, burns popcorn, can't be used must use just minutes.

Had it for only a few days and it stopped working. Could not really assess features in so short a time. Returned it and purchased a LG microwave - so far very pleased with this appliance.

It works good, cooks well, but it makes a loud humming noise.

a boat anchor would have been more useful...poor product testing...if it was even tested

I bought this to replace a Sharp microwave oven which went out a couple of days before. I actually ordered another Sharp online and Chad in Appliances went over several comparable models and this one seemed the best. He was very informative and helpful. I like the idea of the teflon lined walls. Its large and easy to clean. Its as quiet as my old Sharp. I have a couple of problems with this model. The first is not the machine, its me. I'm getting older and don't see as well as I used to. The numbers and letters on the buttons are very faint compared by my old microware hence harder to read. My wife has had to use a flashlight to read the new one and we did not have to with our old one. The LCD display is smaller than our old machine. I never really considered these things in the store. I cannot get used to the LG sensor cooking. Following the instructions carefully, I have managed to scorch popcorn and my wife has managed to scorch potatoes. We never had this problem with our old sensor microwave. I am sure they use different algorithms. From what I can see of LG and some other brands, part of the "sensor" cooking is programming (by weight). My old Sharp sensed moisture and then started a pre programmed countdown. In all its a good unit (no night light like the Sharp) but the problems above have me about to return it and consider repairing my old one. My old one lasted over 10 years before having a problem - then the door latch broke. I'm told by the sales staff that life span of current microwaves is a bit shorter than my old one. I would recommend it. Just not for me.

What in the heck is message ER-01?? Get this everytime I try to use sensor cook.We had aSharp microwave for thirty years which was outstanding but this one is a different story!!

Microwave is fine, though we have had microwaves of similar power that heated more quickly. However, it lacks some basic features: --It has a loud beep but does not have a mute feature. Early in the morning or late at night everybody hears you in the kitchen. It also beeps repeatedly and much too often when it is done. Very annoying. --The Add 30 seconds button does not add time if you had started the microwave by typing in a time. --The timer and the microwave cannot be used at the same time.
