Sleek design. Several times when started made a weird clunking sound, but it hasn't done it since. The wave open option can be turned on or off. This feature works great. Also to close you can either give it a little nudge on the door or press the open/close button to close. Like the light inside. Wish it had a backlit on the keypad but not a game changer. We had a custom cabinet made so we did not need the end panels since we had the 24" microwave drawer. The keypad is hidden behind the top panel making it very sleek look. The reheat coffee takes too long but haven't tried the other reheat features. It does have a time delay feature. It is very pricey but worth it.

We love this drawer style microwave. It fit perfectly within the cabinet space, under the counter, of our new kitchen layout. It's sleek and out of the way. It also cooks nicely and has great sensing options.

Everyone thought it was a cool microwave! Easy to operate. Chic and hi tech. I prefer this type over the standard microwave where the door opens on the side.

I looked at several mircowave drawers, but very happy I decided on this one. I especially like the front panel that flips open. It makes it very easy to read and operate. I also like the sleek design. It blends right in with all my appliances and looks for snazzy.

Save space and heats up food fast, just like any good one should.

Sick of giving premium space to a micro and went with this instead and wow it is awesome. Easy to use, quiet and tucked nicely away.

I would recommend this microwave for the fact that it has very little branding on it at all. Just a clean stainless look.

Works great. Placed in the side of my island so mush handier than over range. My wife loves it.

first microwave didn't work correctly right out of the box.. got a new one , (lucky one was in stock). works well now

This drawer microwave was perfect for my media room. Looks and works great.

started smoking, making a loud noise and broke after 2 years and 6 months. Google sharp microwave lawsuit and you will see it is happening to lots of owners. Unless they addressed the defect, I would stay away! All microwave drawers are made by Sharp! Beware.

One year and a few months later, the top panel is broken under normal wear and tear conditions for two people. For the price, it should have lasted ten years.

My son spilled a glass of orange juice that ran down on to the control panel. We moved back into our new kitchen 3 weeks ago. This microwave now turns on all by itself, which is dangerous and unacceptable. We built our island to the specs. We never considered the design would be so poor. It is supposed to be mounted under the counter. Kids spill things all the time. Adults too. The design crew completely failed and disappointed on this model. I am getting it out of my house today.
