It is such a pain to get to my cable stations that I have only had it on twice in the six weeks since I bought it. Manufacturers take note, please: Customers do NOT always want all the bells and whistles you can dream up. Make it simple and keep the price lower.

I was happy with it and the price was great. Then the screen started freezing, would spool for a minute, and then either shut down or give me two different error numbers. I put in a call to Sharp and the rep advised me to unplug it for a few minutes, then hold down the power button while it was unplugged, then walked me through the procedure to "reset for factory default." That meant going through all the setup procedures again to load Spectrum, Netflix, etc. That didn't help, so I tried rebooting my modem and router. That didn't help either. I am returning the TV to Best Buy tomorrow in the hopes that they can either figure out what's wrong and fix it, or give me a new TV.

Returned the first TV due to bad cable box connection. Received same exact make and model, but, again the cable box did not work with this TV. The cable people resolved the problem by streaming directly with the internet.
