Only streaming channels show up full screen. Every time we think to call customer service for help it is after hours so we can’t. Not a bad tv but we are still working out the kinks.

Broadcast TV not full screen

Shows through my satellite service, however, display over a much smaller area. Considerable time spent with tech folks at Best But and Samsung did not fix the problem. I was told that because the screen measures 24”, the display area is irrelevant. I tried to resolve the issue with my satellite provider, but that didn’t work either. I suspect that there is a solution, but I have already spent hours on this and I don’t know what other resources I can use. I am not impressed with the TV, or with the tech support from Samsung and Best Buy.

Not compatible with Verizon FIOS remote control

Perfect for hooking to computer

I contacted and was advised that these TVs are not really made to watch only cable tv.

It was almost impossible to understand speech from deep-voice males, and the sound wasn't strong enough to be heard in my kitchen. Also, it probably took me 20 minutes to attach the base, and the setup was complicated. I connected to my router and downloaded the software updates. Once I did that, the TV wouldn't let me do ANYTHING (even just watch TV) until I had created a Roku login, provided my personal information, and logged in. Overall, the TV isn't well thought out. I returned it and bought a LG instead.

Freezes

Cheap Small TV for office
