not for me

Spent over three hours between Verizon, Best buy and Sharp and no one can assist, I gave up and purchased a different TV.

crap
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.sales person would not open up box so that I could look at it. got it home and saw that you could not punch in the numbers for the channel that you want.... like 12.1 for channel 12.. you also could not recall the previous channel that you were watching. all there is is an up and down arrow …. therefore you must go through all channels till you get to the one that you want!!!!!!

Would like to use my tv

I rescanned the channels more than 10 times,the numbers are inconsistent.The factory technicians keep asking me to rescan and call back.what should I do?

TV had a good picture.

Re scanned the channels three times and the TV/remote would skip channels that were showing after the scan. The return went well and we chose a smart TV since there were no other ROKU TV's in stock.

For about a year use

Roku is better

When it finally does work it's painfully slow to load apps. I have a Roku that I like much better and will be sticking to in the future.

Very difficult to operate

You always have to direct the TV to go to cable. This was suppose to be easy for an 81 year old man. Even, I half his age have difficulties.

Thank you for your review. Regarding your comment about the TV turning on at the main menu screen, you can change that to turn on to the last used input. You can find that setting in the Home screen menu: navigate to Settings > System > Power > Power on. And then change the Power on setting to "Last used TV input". Roku tv cuts off wireless often and circles

physically unstable

Unfortunately it has the balancing capabilities of a 6 month old baby. Despite being set up as the manual demanded, despite being on a large flat surface, it still managed to tip over completely (in what bb is calling an act of god my protection plan doesn't cover), land of its BACK and develop a small crack in the top right corner. Within minutes the entire screen was dark plasma. I've never seen a tv so unstable or so fragile. 0/10

Nice, affordable Roku TV

The picture is crisp, bright, colors are vibrant and the built in Roku (I'm a fan of Roku's simple, intuitive operating system) works well. We are streaming the signal so as is the case with any wireless connection, strength of signal is critical. It is important that it rates at least "good" and preferably, "excellent". The key design feature that drew me to this TV over others is the pedestal base as it takes up a bit less room and works better on dresser tops or kitchen counters. Also, having Roku built in is a real plus as it eliminates the need to deal with 2 remotes . Of course I can't speak to the durability or longevity of the TV but we have other "cheap" TV's and Roku's that continue to work fine after several years (granted its infrequent use but still...) and my theory is that if they're good out of the box and work fine for a few weeks, there's no reason why they won't continue to work fine. My only "wish" is that it had and RF rather than an IR remote that needs to be aimed at the screen but that's a minor issue. Finally, for those who might be hesitant due to the fact that it's a 720p TV in this "4K world", I believe that you will be very pleased with the picture quality especially if you're streaming cable broadcasts as we do.

Set up is a nightmare

All I really wanted was a small bedroom t.v. to watch a few shows. I chose this one because I like Sharp products, and there were many good reviews. You all who said it was easy to install must enjoy that kind of nonsense.
