The issue was connecting to Fios, our cable company. We spent hours with an experienced techie neighbor & got it hooked up but not able to chose channels. Finally called Fios who came out the following day. It needed to have input from an antenna, not cable. Fortunately, this technician knew what he was doing. Best Buy gave us zero support or instruction.
