Both of these qualities are hard to find for a 32 inch television since most tv's of this size being sold are Roku enabled and are only 720p. For an avid streaming user, a built in Roku system is way too slow and 720p quality is noticeably less appealing. I would suggest purchasing this tv with a streaming box such as the Apple TV 4th generation or Roku 3 for best streaming performance.
