Good deal for the price but some caveats

This TV does not have an ethernet port so keep that in mind. The speed is similar to a TV that has a ROKU stick. Also, since it goes into the ROKU menu by default it is sort of a pain to watch regular TV. If those two things don't bother you, this TV is a great deal.

Picture and sound are very good. Doesn't have lots of fancy options as more expensive TV's but for picture and sound in a second room or bedroom, this TV fills the bill very well.
