However, their software has been another matter and has never worked fully effectively or without annoying glitches or failures. With this machine, however, things work brilliantly, as advertised, and finally the software works amazingly. I can scan three different ways as well; it's bloody marvelous! This printer is light, fast and friendly, produces high quality print on HP paper (which I always use), and I love the way you can add it to your network and have it online for HP's instant ink program.

Too bad!
